POOL UPDATE
This has been a challenging pool season for everyone and we should be back open soon. We are waiting on parts from the pool companies, 4 parts are on back order. due to supply chain, less employees, and not enough trucks to deliver has been a big issue for all parts departments in the area. Being that this is a Commercial Pool and not Private it is hard to find a good company to help maintain and help with any issues we have with this pool! Haste is waste so we are making sure we have everything we need to make the rest of the season enjoyable.

POOL UPDATE
We are continuing to get our parts that we need in slowly and will be working diligently to have it up and running this coming week if possible. We are making sure that chemicals and maintenance to the pool area are continuing on a daily bases. We do have 2 volunteers that will be getting licensed so that we won't have to hopefully deal with these issues in the future. Our pool company did close it's doors on June 29th which was Destin Pools and finding anyone else to work on commercial pools is very hard at this time. That is why we are having 2 people getting certified! Please be safe during the holiday weekend!

POOL IS OPEN!
Thanks to hard work of a couple board members, neighbors and the best team ever from Aqua Pool! We couldn't have done this without them!
This is going to be a great place for all of our community residents to share notices like Home for Rent, Home for Sale, Garage Sales, Lost and Found, Pool Notices, and HOA updates on properties.

POOL UPDATE
Excited to share that we are looking to have the pool open this week!! After brand new equipment installed and lessons being taught to both Mary Ann and Susan who are now Licensed CPO's. Aqua Pool has taken the time to show them how to maintain the pool and the equipment this past week. Working long hours and lots of cleaning we are seeing light at the end of the tunnel. We are grateful for your patience and know that because of the HOA reserves we are not going to have to do any special assessment to pay for the expense, repairs, installation, and equipment. Our dues are used to help for situations like this along with our lighting, landscaping, accounting and additional upgrades to keep up the values of our homes and this great asset.
